Due to rapid expansion we are requiring a scanning Co-ordinator, who will lead the team to complete all scanning projects.
The role requires individuals to have good leadership and organisational skills. Experience in a similar position is ideal, but not mandatory.
Some tasks may include:
- Coordinating project team members to ensure deadlines are met;
- Taking part in project meetings and proposing adjustments;
- Following workflows and offer training to the members of the team, to ensure the highest service is offered to the client.
- Consistently monitoring the costs, progress and quality of the project.
You will receive training and support to achieve all these.
The position is for a full-time contract, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:30, subject to a 3 months probationary period. Salary to be negotiated based on experience.

The successful applicants will be responsible for preparing and scanning large volumes of documents using production document scanners. The roles require individuals to be well organised and able to concentrate for long periods. No experience necessary, as we offer a dedicated training programme.

The successful candidate will need to be physically active, as there is a requirement to move boxes and paperwork from point to point.
Our Scanning Operator/ Document Prepper will require good communications skills, a team player with fluent spoken English Language skills and basic PC skills.
