As one of the UKs leading document scanning companies, our bureaus provide a comprehensive range of supporting services that enable our clients to transition paper documents and data to any electronic format; then process those documents using document management and integrated workflow systems.
Each of our document scanning businesses incorporates secure storage facilities where access is controlled and restricted. We operate our own fleet of vans so there is no risk of sensitive documents being interfered with or going missing. Our drivers are fully trained and can sort, pack and organise documents so that they can be processed effectively. All client documents are delivered and held in the secure storage facilities at each of our document scanning bureaus in preparation for processing.
On completion we can either deliver the documents back to your premises, or take them from the document scanning bureau to one of our long-term storage facilities. If required we can dispose of the documents and provide a valid certificate of destruction.
Qualified staff at each of our document scanning bureaus provides the digitised version of your documents in any format you require, we work with the most popular formats. We can provide this on disk, CD via email or secure FTP.
