Drive strategic performance through process excellence

The gap between strategy and execution has been addressed frequently over the years, with the dilemma that, without an effective strategy in place to set direction, execution is aimless. As Larry Bossidy, former AlliedSignal CEO says in the best-selling book Execution: The Discipline of Getting Things Done “strategies most often fail because they aren’t well executed.”

Ahead of PEX Week 2015, Process Excellence Network has created a special new report; ‘Shift Business Excellence into High Gear: Drive Strategic Performance through Process Excellence’. The report is based on a survey of 404 process professionals and telephone interviews with selected individuals and proposes a series of 5 practical steps process professionals may consider to help better align process improvement with strategy.
