Box Archive

All boxes are stored individually; each box is scanned and stored with its unique reference and barcode. These boxes can be recalled individually or as part of a set.

Open Boxed Storage

This system is similar to Boxed Archive but it enables clients to access folders individually from boxes. The storage costs are the same as Boxed Archive but with a more accurate file specific retrieval.

Open File Storage

This is a unique system where each file is stored individually with its own unique reference and barcode. This solution is ideal for live projects with continually moving files.

Drawings

Dajon¹s unique Triangular tube helps preserve the quality of the original drawings by not allowing the drawing to stick to its self as it would in normal circular tube.

Fire Safe Storage

Documentation is stored in a fire safe and secure environment that will protect against all possible forms of damage ideal for DEEDS or other BUSINESS CRITICAL INFORMATION.

Document Retrieval

NEXT DAY RETRIEVAL

• Orders placed before 3.30pm will be delivered the following day.

2-HOUR RETRIEVAL

• A client can request and receive items from archive within 2 hours.

• You have complete access and control to your database enabling you to track your boxes in and out of the office. Search by content, description or defined fields, from anywhere in the world.

With Dajon Online we provide true web access, not a replicated database. When you want web access don't accept imitation ask Dajon about true web access.

No Minimum Invoice Charge - Dajon does not charge clients a minimum invoice charge which can cost between £20-£200 per month.

No Charge For Permanent Retrievals - The Permanent Retrieval Charge has been established as an industry norm. This charge financially binds clients to their supplier, discourages the permanent removal of documents and encourages lower levels of service. Dajon is the only Data Management Company that guarantees high ethical standards of service by refusing to introduce this non-competitive charge into our contracts.
