No Permanent Retrieval Charge The Permanent Retrieval Charge has been established as an industry norm. This charge financially binds clients to their supplier, discourages the permanent removal of documents and encourages lower levels of service. Dajon is the only Data Management Company that guarantees high ethical standards of service by refusing to introduce this non-competitive charge into our contracts.
Dajon's commitment to reducing our clients' costs is reflected in the introduction of a File saver product that has proved to save up to 50% in storage charges by alleviating storage of lever arch files. As an additional cost saving strategy Dajon does not include the "Minimum invoice charge" in its monthly invoicing which can cost between £20 - £200 a month.
