Dajon has a state of the art scanning bureau facility equipped with the latest Fujitsu and Canon production scanners and software enabling us to do more work quicker and to the highest quality.
Our highly trained operators can prepare and scan large quantities of paper documents of all sizes from postage stamp up to A0+ in black and white and colour quickly, accurately, cost effectively and to the time scales required.
Scanned images can be output in all popular file formats, including TIFF, JPEG and PDF. We can also make scanned documents full text searchable using our Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software.
Scanned documents can be returned on CD, DVD, and external hard drive or via the Internet using FTP protocol. Alternatively we can make the documents available for access on-line from any standard browser using Dajon's Electronic Document Management Software

Using this experience along with the recent technological developments over the past 5 years means bulk scanning has become far more affordable for the SME market.
